This used to be a very useable product. 1Password, has been transformed into a monster. It appears to be designed solely from the perspective of a company wishing to make enormous profits, but without regard for their responsibility to deliver usable utility to the consumer. Call me a disgusted and irritated customer. The company seems to think their customers have nothing better to do with their time than waste it on contacting them for help with what should be a program that is intuitive and helpful.
AWFUL, installation process as I was upgrading from 1Password6. I am on day 5 and they still can not fix the issues. I have requested a phone call as I have wasted to much time and they say no feasible. Be careful!!
ZAK, I PROVIDED THE DIASNOTIC FILE AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. USING EMAIL AS THE ONLY METHOD FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS IS INEFFICIENT! PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER FOR SOMEONE TO CALL AND GET ASSISTANCE!

Well, actually i put only 2 stars:
first of all I had to exchange about 6 emails to get things almost done but not fully satisfied about the solution, thus for a very common issue.
Since 7 years now, I convinced the company I worked for to use 1pass business, and I’d have appreciated to get a more significant commercial gift for my own family use. Hope it will be taken into consideration

My icon would not respond when I clicked on it. The staff helped me with a phone call, followed by detailed instructions by email. It worked!
Found bug, reported bug, 1P confirmed bug and fixed bug!
This is the way support is supposed to work. No nonsense back and forth for hours while they claim the bug didn’t exist or “you’re holding it wrong”. Just honest and direct communication.
I have used 1Password for years, and have always found it to be a solid password manager. I've watched the company continually develop the software and build in new features as technology develops. Thus, it's completely compatible with my iPhone and Apple Watch for ease of use.
When Teams were developed, I brought 1Password to my company, and was easily able to created different vaults for different teams. Management of users and vaults in Teams is easy.
Now as I retired, moving my personal vault back to a personal account was quite simple with the guidance of 1Password support, which I utilized just to be sure I did it correctly. The mechanism built in to 1Password made this process totally simple.
I'll continue using 1Password into the future. It's features, and the company behind it, are rock solid and trustworthy. A job well done!

Customer support staffer Saif Ahmad was right to the point and helped me w/ a timing issue. I appreciate being able to take a little more time to consider your product.

I'm using 1 Password for years now. This piece of software is still going strong, never had any issues with it. When you have questions, support is great, friendly and most of the time very quick with their response.
Since I don't like storing my passwords in the cloud I'm using stand alone version of 1Password with local WiFi sync to synchronize macOS and iOS. Works great and I'm in full control of where my data it.
Keep up the great work!
Do not waste your time! It never gives you full details fof how to setup. Forced me to deal with "capital one shopping setup. Obviously they make money selling your signing up with accounts you do not need or want. If I refused to sign up I could not setup basic password account. I dumped this troll!
Could not get software to work. Certainly not cost-effective to purchase.
I am an older person, and not good with technology. I'd love to use a password manager like 1Password, but in spite of trying twice, I haven't managed to master the essentials. I'm sure anyone under the age of seventy would find it a doddle.
However, what is really impressive is the help and support that 1Password provides. Every time I asked for help, I received swift, polite and detailed replies. Shawnie and Connor were remarkable.
